TakemyHand is an online chat that works on a PC, laptop, tablet, iPad, and your smartphone. It is staffed by Peer Support Specialists who use lived experiences to connect with people who are having life challenges. The PSS/Peer Operator will support you by listening and validating your concerns, offering resources, providing coping strategies and linking you to the right level of care. Peer Support is not just for the person struggling but also for the families/friends of someone who is struggling.

Family Support

Family Advocate Program provides appropriate and relevant services to family members of adults with serious mental health conditions in their respective regions of Riverside County, which are easily accessible and welcoming to them. Family Advocates are charged to advocate on the family member or caregiver’s behalf.

Homeless Housing Opportunities, Partnerships & Education Program (HHOPE) is MHSA funded as part of the original Community Services and Supports (CSS) plan. HHOPE stands for Homeless Housing, Opportunities, Partnerships, and Education.
