Family-to-Family
Classes
NAMI Family-to-Family is a series of classes structured to help family members and caregivers understand and support their ill relative while maintaining their own well-being. Information is provided on medication, communication, recovery and advocacy.
The course is taught by trained volunteer family members who know what it’s like to have a loved one with a mental illness. Classes are free and registration is required.
Class time (English classes): Thursdays, March 19, 2026 - May 7, 2026, 6 - 8:30PM.
Class time (Spanish classes): Wednesdays, March 18, 2026 - May 13, 2026, 6 – 8:30 PM.
Classes will be held online via Zoom
