Family-to-Family
Classes
NAMI Family-to-Family is a series of classes structured to help family members and caregivers understand and support their ill relative while maintaining their own well-being. Information is provided on medication, communication, recovery and advocacy.
The course is taught by trained volunteer family members who know what it’s like to have a loved one with a mental illness. Classes are free and registration is required.
Class time: Thursdays, September 28, 2023-November 16, 2023, 6-8:30PM (English class)
Class time: Wednesdays, September 20, 2023 - November 15, 2023, 6 – 8:30 PM (Spanish class)
Classes will be held online via Zoom
